Dear Iain I agree entirely with your comments about the arrest of David Prior. David helped my husband and I enormously when we were the subject of a spurious claim against us - even taking the matter to the Parliamentary Ombudsman. Our experience taught us that even the most innocent can get caught up with legal matters through no fault of their own. Nothing can compensate for the torment this causes.
